School Recognition, Excellence & Awards:
With the collective efforts of management & staff, though Telugu is the medium of instruction, the school roll call every year increased and during nineties the pupil strength stood at over and above 800 and MKR High School. It is a fact that at the time of establishment of MKR High School, there are no High Schools in Indukurpet Mandal and more particularly in and around the villages of Indukurpet. There is no income source for the school and management. The salaries for the approved sanctioned strength were paid by the Govt of A.P., under Grant In Aid.

The collective and concrete efforts initiated by Physical Education Teacher Jetty Rajendra Prasad Reddy resulted in achieving AP State Level Prathibha Awards by MKR High School Students by name Vartha Sindhu D/o Vartha Raghavaiah, BC –B, Roll No:1417112794 GPA 9.5, Rank -1 and Thummati Sandhya D/o Thummati Balaiah SC Roll No:1417112888 GPA 9 Rank – 1 for their performance in the SSC Examinations -2014.
